We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday excluding weekends and holidays. All orders ship within 3-5 business days of being placed. Once an order is processed a confirmation email will be sent with its tracking #.*
Available now at all locations! If you are near any of our stores you can choose to pick-up your Item at your closest location. Due to high demand, online orders will take precedence and will be confirmed (phone call + email) once your order is ready to be picked up in store.
In store pickup policy:
To pick up your online purchase in stores please bring the receipt emailed to you of your order or your ID to confirm.
Once notified by the store that your order is ready for pickup, you have 30 days to pick it up &/or contact the store for further arrangement.
After 30 days the order is considered abandoned and is no longer guaranteed available to the customer who placed the order. A non refundable store credit will be issued and the item will be restocked.
We cannot stock orders passed 30 days.
In order to serve our #chiffinolovers better we offer Priority Shipping at no additional price on all orders greater $35. We currently offer shipping to the continental U.S. & Puerto Rico.
